DeepSec Cybersecurity Conference
This is certainly one of the more interesting cybersecurity conferences in Austria.
Bringing together some of the most well-known security professionals from the world’s academic institutions, government agencies, private companies, and underground hacking communities.
Science in Information Security: Scientific Track
The team has created a specific track featuring lectures and seminars that link information security and scientific research. Workshops provide a brief overview of topics and are an excellent opportunity to discuss the current state of research projects. These can cover three to four presentation slots, giving you plenty of time to go into detail.
Neutral
The conference is objective and adheres to their specific principles: if a topic is fascinating and essential, they will consider submitting it for one of their security conferences. They will not bar individuals or organizations from submitting talks or attending our conferences, and they expect that potential attendees will share our viewpoints and posture.
Novelty, Quality & Impact
They rigorously make no discrimination or preference when picking speeches or training from our submissions other than the quality, innovation, effect, or relevance of that individual contribution. If the material is more promising than the “safe choice” of well-established truths that are repeated everywhere, they often prefer to bring a newbie to the stage.
Treat Each Other With Kindness And Respect
The wish to encourage people, organizations, and countries to interact and exchange information in order to improve general security and trust. They try to build a safe space where they may freely discuss ideas and points of view. The organizers do not allow any type of harassment of conference attendees. And, if you have any questions, our team is here to help!
Facts And Not Ads
According to its website, DeepSec is a non-product, non-vendor-biased conference event. In a nutshell, this means that the issues presented at DeepSec are all about facts, not advertisements. They want to have open discussions about security: if something breaks, tell them about it. Inform them if you can repair it. Inform them about whatever you discover. That is their intention.
Support Young Talents
They developed the U21 program, which is designed specifically for young security researchers. They like to help young researchers (those under the age of 21, therefore U21) display their work and results in an appropriate manner.
Security Intelligence
The DeepINTEL event covers themes in security intelligence and associated content. DeepINTEL 2023 has a plan in place. Please email your submissions to cfp (at) deepsec (dot) net.
DeepINTEL
DeepSec’s sister conference, DeepINTEL, is an event that focuses on security intelligence and is held annually. One of the most recent additions to the field of information technology security is known as security intelligence. It provides you with a strategic view and tells you who is planning to attack you, where they plan to attack you, why they plan to attack you, and what capabilities your opponent possesses. The field of security intelligence makes use of a variety of methodologies, including algorithmic and statistical analysis, infiltration of adversaries, data correlation, meta-analysis, and other similar techniques.
Because these are sensitive topics, we will be conducting a screening procedure to determine who may participate. We’d want to get some idea of who will be attending the event with us so that everyone can feel comfortable speaking their minds. Please get in touch with us directly if you have any questions regarding this.
