KES International

KES International’s objective is to provide a professional community, networking opportunities, and research and publication possibilities for all individuals working in knowledge-intensive fields. Knowledge dissemination, transfer, sharing, and broking are important to us at KES. The KES membership is a diverse group of thousands of researchers, academics, engineers, and practitioners who take part in KES activities.

KES has hosted well-attended Intelligent Systems events for over 20 years, resulting in a portfolio of four conference threads. KES hosts cutting-edge events on a variety of topics related to sustainable technology, including green buildings, smart energy, sustainable design, and manufacturing.

Members of the KES Institute of Knowledge Transfer collaborate on joint research initiatives.

International Symposium on Smart Transportation Systems (STS) 2022

In recent years, modern transportation networks have undergone tremendous transformations. In the last several decades, a slew of automotive technology breakthroughs has emerged, including linked automobiles, self-driving cars, electric vehicles, Hyperloop, and even flying cars, all of which have wreaked havoc on global transportation infrastructure.

These advancements have prompted Smart Transportation Systems (ITS) researchers to push the boundaries of relevant ideas and skillsets, which will have an impact on transportation infrastructure modeling, safety analysis, highway operations, junction analysis, and other cutting-edge themes.

Researchers, engineers, managers, and students may interact, share their work, and learn about the newest developments at the KES International hybrid Symposium on Smart Transportation Systems.

International Conference on Knowledge-Based and Intelligent Information & Engineering Systems (KES) 2022

Only one kilometer away from the city’s historic core is where the conference will be hosted; it will be held on the beautiful campus of the University of Pole Santa Marta. Verona is a city in the Veneto region of northern Italy. It is known for its ancient town, which was constructed during the middle ages between the winding Adige River. It is well known as the location where Shakespeare’s play “Romeo and Juliet” took place. It is stated that “Juliet’s House” is a home built in the 14th century and characterized by a little balcony that looks out onto a courtyard.

The conference will include keynote addresses, oral and poster presentations, invited sessions, and workshops, all of which will focus on the applications and theory of intelligent systems as well as adjacent fields.

The proceedings of the conference will be published in the open-access journal Procedia Computer Science by Elsevier. The journal can be accessed through ScienceDirect, and Elsevier will also submit the proceedings to be indexed and abstracted in CPCi (which is part of Web of Science and ISI conferences), Engineering Index, and Scopus.
