The Trustless Computing Association and its spin-off startup TRUSTLESS.AI are the fruit of 17 years of the single-minded quest by Rufo Guerreschi to realize the potential of IT to radically improve individual both individual freedoms and democratic participation.
To this end, he founded and lead multiple NGOs and startups in the areas of e-participation, free software, and bleeding-edge privacy-enhancing technologies and standards. Such quest took him to cross path in 2013 with Roberto Gallo, who was on a similar quest and with similar determination, and with highly complementary skills, creating a bond that still lasts to this day.
The Trustless Computing Association is a non-profit organization based in Zurich, Switzerland, and incorporated in Rome, Italy, which promoting since 2013 the creation and wide availability of IT and AI technologies that will be radically more secure and accountable than today’s state of the art.
We have been building the Trustless Computing Certification Body, a new IT security certification body and schema, aimed at ultra-high, radically-unprecedented levels of trustworthiness – whilst enabling legit lawful access – and initial compliant open computing base and ecosystem, Seevik Net.
They have 5 main action lines that they are pursuing with an expanding set of partners, public and private: a spin-off startup, TRUSTLESS.AI, to fund and build SeeVik Net; a Trustless Computing Initiative R&D funding proposal and a world-class event series called Free and Safe in Cyberspace, held in Brussels, Iguaçu, New York, Berlin, Geneva and next in Zurich.
