With increase of digital disruption, automation, robotization and connected world, Transport sector is one of the topmost sectors impacted by Cyber threats. Governments are struggling to establish proper measures to deal with an ever-increasing receipt of daily threat alerts and data breaches caused by advanced malwares, zero-day exploits & persistent threats. As a result, transport operators are facing Advance persistent threats (APTs) from policies such as Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) & smart phones, inappropriate risk management, flawed processes, lack of security talent. These issues lead to insufficient level of preparedness; instigating easily penetrable systems in companies for those with nefarious aims.
3rd Cyber Security for Transport Sector 2018 will gather Transport decision-makers & relevant regulatory professionals to brainstorm on latest cyber security breaches, challenges and updates for highly complex connected transportation sector. Participants will share best practices with their peers on risk mitigation and consolidating their cyber security corporate strategies in todays’ Industry 4.0 & Digitized climate.
