April 13, 2018 - April 14, 2018
Conference Description (submitted by organizer)
From Interferences we are organizing the second edition of the JASyP (Jornadas sobre Anonimato, Seguridad y Privacidad in Spanish; Conferences on Anonymity, Security and Privacy). The objective is to find people interested in the subject of the group (digital rights, privacy on the Internet, mass surveillance, computer security, and in general any related topic) so that they share their concerns and knowledge through talks and workshops that will take place in Granada during the days Friday the 13th and Saturday the 14th of April.
The participations do not have to be strictly from a technical point of view, since we also look for people who can talk about these aspects from a point of view of law, philosophy, politics, art or any other branch. Precisely to encourage this interdisciplinarity, in addition to the talks and workshops, we are also organizing an artistic competition for works that use painting, photography, illustration or an audiovisual resource as a means of expression. And as a complement to all this, we are also preparing a “Capture The Flag”, where anyone who is encouraged can put their skills to the test when exploiting the weaknesses of computer systems.
