Cyber Culture Summit – AtlantaFollow @infosec_events
InfoSec Conference Summary
The description was submitted by the Conference Organizer. We sometimes edit it to enhance the listing.
Organizations often treat potential breaches as a technical problem, not a cultural, broad-ranging business problem that can impact almost every aspect of a business. From downtime to loss/theft of data to revenue and stock price fluctuations, the boardroom must now be wide awake, expecting all executives to be fully prepared, digital leaders.
Cyber Security is about culture, team-building and eliminating the silos – preparing executives for what is already viewed as an inevitable event, for what can be a surprising inevitable outcome.
Michael Daugherty, CEO of LabMD, and “The #1 cyber security attorney in the world”, Doug Meal, will keynote the conference with lessons from fighting the federal government for 10 years. Kate Keuhn, CEO of Senseon, will lead a panel discussion: “Learning To Bring Boards, Executives, It, And Legal Together To Move In A Positive Direction”, with these panelists:
– Audrey Boone Tillman – General Counsel, Aflac
– Jason Cook – Managing Director, The Chertoff Group
– John Graham – Global Chief Information Security Officer, EBSCO
– Leslie Joyce – Former Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, Exide Technologies
