Conference Description (submitted by organizer)
As the number of cyber security incidents increase for organizations today, the threat of shareholder, stakeholder, and regulator driven actions in the wake of an incident have begun to profoundly influence the response of corporate boards and senior-level management.
This full-day discussion will focus in on the ways that companies can proactively reduce the risk of a cyber breach, and all of the costs that follow (legal, reputational, fiduciary), in addition to addressing the growing likelihood of class action litigation for failure to upgrade cyber defenses.
