The event has the goal to be a yearly conference for academians, researchers, and industry persons in the field of Computer Science. It will be organized in Chongqing, China on November 15 – 17, 2019. The organizers are hoping that this conference will attract a large number of delegates from all over the world and will consist of very high-quality technical sessions. It’s sponsored by Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and Chongqing Institute of Electronics.
