After successfully organising the first conference of this series, International Association of Educators and Researchers (IAER), registered CIC (Community Interest Company) in England and Wales, is happy to arrange the Second International Conference on Emerging Technologies in Computing (iCETiC ’19) 2019, which will be held from 19th-20th August, 2019, at University of Essex, UK.

iCETiC ’19 Proceedings will be published in the Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes of the Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering (LNICST) Series, in cooperation with EAI. iCETiC ’18 Proceedings, also published in Springer-Verlag LNICST Series, is available at SpringerLink.

The conference will draw together researchers and developers from academia and industry. Selected papers for consideration for further publication from the conference may be recommended to the affiliated journals, please refer to the Call for Paper for more information.

There will be a range of events from keynote addresses, technical and poster sessions, workshops and tutorials. The formal sessions will be supplemented by an excellent social programme.
