As ever, we’re likely the web’s most avid supports of BSides events and yes – we absolutely – encourage you to attend this hacker conference in Ohio in 2020. Why? For two reasons: you’ll meet other folks in the same space as you and hence boost your career with networking benefits, and secondly, you’ll learn the latest and greatest security skills and research from creative thinkers within the InfoSec community.

Founded in 2014, BSides Columbus aims to give local information security enthusiasts a stage to share their breakthroughs and discoveries in securing technology to the vast Central Ohio infosec community.
BSides is a community-driven framework for building events by and for information security community members. One of the goals is to expand the spectrum of conversation beyond the traditional confines of space and time. It creates opportunities for individuals to both participate and present in an intimate atmosphere that encourages collaboration. It is an intense event with discussions, interactions, and demos from attendees. It is where conversations for the next-big-thing are happening.
