 Our Review

The fine folks at BSides Seattle have been organizing this event since 2008 so they know a thing or two about setting up an event like this. BSides is a great event to meet other folks in the same space in the same city (thereby helping you boost your career from a networking perspective) and secondly you’ll learn a ton from likeminded professionals in a non-salesy environment. We’re big fans of BSides – so good luck to the organizers!

Event Summary

The following description was either submitted by the Conference Organizer on Sunday, February 2nd 2020, or created by us.

BSides Seattle is a community-based conference for individuals interested or working in the Information Security industry/field.

Founded in 2012, BSides Seattle continues to provide space for the open sharing of concepts, ideas, and debates.

Each BSides is a community-driven framework for building events by and for information security community members. One of the goals is to expand the spectrum of conversation beyond the traditional confines of space and time. It creates opportunities for individuals to both participate and present in an intimate atmosphere that encourages collaboration. It is an intense event with discussions, interactions, and demos from attendees. It is where conversations for the next-big-thing are happening.
