This event is great to attend if you’re a professional who works mostly in different government organizations. Have an opportunity to know how you can enhance cyber resilience. We’ve noticed a real surge of conferences at the start of January and this event, taking place in Maryland (the home of Cybersecurity some might say) looks to be rammed full of state-level and Federal-level personalities. If you’re looking for a job in InfoSec on the East Coast (Maryland, DC) then this event would be a great networking event to attend.
The following description was either submitted by the Conference Organizer on Friday, November 29th 2019, or created by us.
CyberUSA is a partnership of states that are focused on a common goal of enabling education, innovation, workforce development, resilience, and enhanced cyber readiness – all while connecting the cyber ecosystem of the United States and its allies.
This non-profit “community of communities” is maintained by its members and was created to improve cyber resilience at all levels of participation whether it is regional, local, and national and enhance information sharing between states. You are invited to participate in this full-day event on January 16, 2020 at the University of Maryland Riggs Alumni Center.
CyberUSA will provide a national summit, communication framework, and cyber-related resources to communities across the United States. This yearly gathering of federal stakeholders and state delegations will discuss programs to enhance and improve cyber resilience, threat intelligence, collaboration, workforce development, information sharing, marketplace opportunities, and risk management.
