Owing more to the size of the country rather than their tech-ability, we don’t get too many InfoSec events in Estonia, so we’re delighted to have this conference included in our directory. We like this event because it covers a lot of ground and Cyber categories so if you live and work in Cybersecurity in Estonia you better have a good excuse not to attend!

The 12th International Conference on Cyber Conflict (CyCon 2020) will be held from May 26-29, 2020 in Tallinn, Estonia.
CyCon 2020, a conference on cyber conflict, is organized by NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence.
CyCon 2020, entitled “20/20 Vision: The Next Decade”, will ask questions about how cyber conflict and cyberspace will evolve in the 2020s. What are the emerging technologies, policies and legal frameworks that will shape the future at societal and personal levels? How can we ensure that the cyberspace, continuously open to technological innovation, will be more transparent, predictable and safe, still reflecting our values?
The Call for Papers is open until October 14, 2019. The theme of the CyCon 2020 conference should be considered as inspiring, not restricting. Original research papers are invited to address topical issues related to cyberspace and its security from technical, legal, policy, strategy and military perspectives.
