 Our Review

This looks like a great event. We like the fact that the organizers offer the events talk in different languages. This is likely one of the better and more comprehensive InfoSec events taking place in Buenos Aires in 2020. Let us know if you attended by dropping a review below.

Conference Event Summary

The following description was either submitted by the Conference Organizer on Monday, December 23rd 2019, or created by us.

The 6th Global International Studies Conference will take place in Buenos Aires for the first time in Latin America on July 15 – 17, 2020.

One of the goals of this event is to include different voices from and around the world regarding different ways to explain, study, understand, and make sense of international relations in particular and international studies in general.

The academic program for the event will be organized in the format of sections composed of roundtables and/or panels. Each panel will include between four and five paper presentations or a roundtable of up to eight participants. The language of the conference is English, with a limited number of panels in Spanish/Portuguese.

This event is not entirely about cybersecurity but we still added this in our directory because the event includes a topic about cybersecurity which you will specifically see in section #128 where organizers are looking for contributions addressing cybersecurity topics from a governance angle, i.e. exploring the changing role of the nation-state in addressing this new security challenge.
