 Our Review

This is a “hands-on” hacking event in Dubai and as such we’ve labeled it as being a “training event”. If you’re new to Cybersecurity and are interested in becoming a Penetration Tester or any form or InfoSec practitioner or are trying to find ways to get a job in Cybersecurity, then this workshop/event would be ideal. There’s no better way to learn how to be an Ethical Hacker than to do a Capture the Flag competition.

Conference Event Summary

The following description was either submitted by the Conference Organizer on Wednesday, September 30th 2020, or created by us.

HACON 2020, a conference and step ahead in the cyber world for newbies presented by HAC-security.

This conference is organized with the purpose to introduce newbies to the next level of cybersecurity. Participants will get the chance to represent their skill sets in front of cybersecurity experts via gaming sessions like CTF.

With that, they will explore themselves with and to the cybersecurity community. Experts will discuss and share their work with the newbies. They will also get an interactive session with the expert to share their ideas and willingness to be part of this community. Winners will get the awards and certificates of recognition in the community.

CTF(capture the flag), a hunting series of challenges made for security researchers to prove the best of their skill by participating in it.

CTF is like a game, participants have to solve cybersecurity based puzzles and exercises within the given time frame to gain points.
Participants can join it individually or with a team.
