 Our Review

Our understanding of this event, which has an excellent line-up of speakers, is that it is aimed at critical infrastructures that we deem as being SCADA/ICS-related. Clearly, if work in the SCADA/ICS space in Europe, and certainly Germany, then we’d highly recommend you attend this conference taking place in Germany.

Event Summary

The following description was either submitted by the Conference Organizer on Friday, February 14th 2020, or created by us.

The IT meets Industry event is considered as the meeting point for relevant voices from the industry and IT. Interconnecting IT and Automation provide great opportunities for the operation of critical infrastructures and industrial production sites. However, this may carry along some complex risks. IT meets Industry gathers the IT and OT community to fulfill the events’ objective of “Using the opportunities of Digitization at the best and minimizing risks.”

Expect two full days of top-class speakers, great discussions and plenty of networking with other professionals. Last years’ 2019 keynote is Mr. Marty Edwards, Director ICS CERT, U.S. Department of Homeland Security (ret.) / Director Strategic Initiatives, ISA99 so expect that this year, a great keynote plus speakers will be invited to talk and share their knowledge and experiences.
