If you work with any aspect of the Law (especially in the United States) and Cybersecurity then this mammoth virtual is a must-attend. Also! Fantastic to see that the generous folk at the Journal of Law and Cyber Warfare are donating 80% of proceeds to Women in Cybersecurity – as well as other under-represented minorities. For those that are interested, we also have resources listing our recommended conferences in the fields of Law (within in Information Security remit), Cyberwarfare, and of course, Women working in Cybersecurity. When I get a moment I’ll be adding this conference to our “best of Women in InfoSec” resource.
The following description was either submitted by the Conference Organizer on Wednesday, September 23rd 2020, or created by us.
The Journal of Law & Cyber Warfare is pleased to announce that all donations received through the purchase of tickets, will go towards educating and creating opportunities for women and minorities in the cybersecurity and technology industries. The JLCW will be dividing donations among a number of organizations.
The lecture series will feature moderated discussions around cybersecurity and technology-related issues, focusing on the intersection of cybersecurity, the law, and security for the public and private sector. The lecture series will provide valuable insight for in-house counsel, cybersecurity leaders, business stakeholders, and those interested in gaining a deeper understanding of cyber and technology-related issues.
The symposium speakers represent an unparalleled group of cybersecurity experts with a wide variety of industry expertise and knowledge.
Attendees will hear from experts on cybersecurity and cyber warfare from the military, government, private industry, and the public sector. Our panels are designed to provide attendees with thought leadership from a diverse group of experts who will share their experience and knowledge-base regarding topical cybersecurity issues.
