Conference Event Summary
The following description was either submitted by the Conference Organizer on Tuesday, September 8th 2020, or created by us.
NanoSec is a fairly new technical Information Security conference that focuses on all things security for Asia Pacific region, specifically Malaysia.
Run by a dedicated group of local IT Security professionals and volunteers from the community, our aim is to create a vendor-neutral platform for Asian researchers with cutting edge papers for them to present their research to the community. We would want to see more local talents to share their research with the world and interact with fellow researchers/professionals of a similar mindset.
As with almost every other security conferences across the world, we had to cancel our yearly physical conference and replace it with a virtual conference, which is scheduled to happen on the 7th & 8th of October 2020 (MYT/GMT+8). The first half of conference day is our main track, which consists of 6 speaking slots per day (12 in total, 30 mins each slot, separate Q&A session of up to 20 mins) while the second half will be our EDU track which will consist of talks relevant for students and beginners.
