 Our Review

By far, the NolaCon Hacker Conference, which is happening in New Orleans in 2020, is very possibly the coolest Cyber Security conference taking place in the state. The organisers and we believe that they’ve been doing this for several years now, have clearly researched and thought about maximizing the available time to get in some interesting and experienced speakers. Even if you’re flirting with the idea of starting a career in InfoSec then we’d absolutely encourage you to attend this event. If you do, then please drop a comment below!

NolaCon is a Hacker/Information Security event made for enthusiasts and professionals and alike located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The conference will provide interesting and inventive workshops and talks as well as training.

2020 will be NolaCon’s 7th year and have moved to a new bigger venue (only 1 block from the old hotel) and they are looking forward to their best year yet!

The talks will cover a wide range of topics focused on today’s infosec needs including exploits, malware, social engineering, vulnerabilities, forensics, and usually at least one new 0-Day.

The event will also include a lockpick village for people who want to take a break from the sessions, sit down and learn, and improve a skill. Not only that, but there will also be a lot of networking opportunities at the con including some great music with DualCore and others playing on Saturday night party.
