Conference Event Summary

The following description was either submitted by the Conference Organizer on Monday, October 26th 2020, or created by us.

Technology is critical to the way we run modern elections. Many of us have questions about the way our elections are run, especially during the pandemic. From the pervasiveness of digital advertising to the growing adoption of mail-in ballots and electronic voting machines, we’re placing increasing faith in technology to underpin the electoral process.

Join our three panelists, each individually respected for their insights into election security, as they help us understand the unique risks to the 2020 US election. Each of our panelists is committed to sifting through the spin, to uncover truths about the risks to our free and fair elections.

Each panelist is committed to helping attendees decode disinformation, and uncover the real risks imposed on free and fair elections. Esteemed speakers include:

Professor David Carroll – Famous for legally challenging Cambridge Analytica for his voter profile and star of Netflix documentary, “The Great Hack”
Jennifer Cohn – Lawyer and election integrity advocate, writer, and journalist
Chris Vickery – Director of Cyber Risk Research at UpGuard, responsible for identifying and securing nearly two billion sensitive records to date
Alan Sharp-Paul – Cybersecurity expert, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of UpGuard
