Join SANS for their ICS Asia Pacific Summit & Training that will take place in Singapore. The current cybersecurity landscape presents a very chaotic and diverse picture of the threats facing industrial control system owners and operators. Attacks that cause physical damage or impact physical processes are no longer limited to speculation or theory. People now saw several high-profile cases where malicious actors have impacted operations, successfully intruded, and caused system damage. Disruptive malware delivered through increasingly creative methods has found their way to plant floors encrypting critical files or in some cases wiping those files altogether. Our industrial control systems are as critical as ever and we need to be prepared to better defend them or face a turbulent future.
The call for papers for ICS Asia Pacific Summit & Training 2020 is currently open, with submissions open until Friday, April 17, 2020! Presentations on a broad range of ICS security topics are encouraged. Preference is given to presentations that are delivered by ICS security practitioners, asset owners, or government agencies.
