Certainly a premier cybersecurity event in Ohio in 2021. The SUMMIT 2021 is being organized as a hybrid conference, as announced by the folks behind this security event. Following recent declarations from leading health experts and organizations, the decision to return to a live event was made by the team – so it’s great to hear that and we wish them the best of luck with it.
Conference Event Summary
The following description was either submitted by the Conference Organizer on Wednesday, March 24th 2021, or created by us.
The ISS VIRTUAL SUMMIT 2020 has ended, but our community-building mission continues. We thank all our sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, speakers, moderators, and attendees for producing such a quality virtual event. Those who registered for the 2020 ISS can still access Whova for the next several months to view recorded presentations, retrieve documents and slide decks, check out our exhibitor and sponsor video gallery and stay in touch with other attendees.
Information Security Summit is pleased to announce that The SUMMIT 2021 is being planned as a hybrid-type of event. The decision to return to a live event was taken in careful consideration of recent announcements from leading health experts and agencies. Based on the information we have heard, we believe our October dates (October 25-29) will enable us to produce The SUMMIT safely, albeit with limited attendance. We also believe that announcing these plans now will enable our attendees, sponsors, and speakers to plan with greater confidence. We also look forward to making the 19th Annual Information Security Summit (October 27-29) an integral part of the in-person portion of The SUMMIT 2021.
The safety and health of our community are always the highest priority, and we will continue to monitor developments over the coming months and follow expert guidance. We look forward to once again connecting the information security community and providing unmatched learning and networking opportunities in 2021
