 Our Review

Women make up just 11% of the data security staff, which is a big issue. This means that one of the greatest problems with the tech industry is that it doesn’t employ or even cater to half of the country! Because of this lack of diversity, there is less expertise available to help combat rising cyber threats. By 2021, an unprecedented 3.5 million workers will be unfilled around the world. Not only does the cyber industry need women, but it is also a lucrative career path for women. However, when it comes to diversity and cybersecurity and women, the tech and cyber industry, in particular, has a reputation challenge.
