What’s This Post All About?

Cybersecurity conferences are ‘our thing’ and we’ve been posting a ton of content on them since 2013.

This post, as the title suggests, is all about Edinburgh Cybersecurity Conferences.

Heads Up! We also have listings for events in the following UK cities:
London
Manchester
Birmingham
Liverpool
Glasgow

What’s The Deal With Edinburgh & Cybersecurity?

Aside from London, Edinburgh is probably one of the cities in UK with the most number of Cybersecurity conferences which includes BSides Edinburgh, which is also one of the most famous Cybersecurity (‘Hacker Conferences) which take place through the world. In fact, here’s a trainspotting fact for you Edinburgh University was given Cybersecurity funds that would help not just their city, but the whole country to develop the skills to defend against cyber threats!

We should also note for the record that the author of this post has lived in Edinburgh, Scotland, for many years so he’s particularly keen to promote this page!

Why And How Did We Select These Cyber Conferences?

Couldn’t be easier: if there are events that seem professional, have Cybersecurity as a main focus, and happen regularly, then we will more than happily include them in this resource.
