About the Event

CSH CON 2026 is the inaugural university cybersecurity conference organized by Cyber Security Hub (CSH) at UTEC in Lima, Peru. The two-day event runs October 30 to 31, 2026, with the hybrid CTF competition on the first day and the main conference plus international workshop on the second. The conference runs from 09:00 to 18:00 and expects over 300 in-person attendees across more than 27 hours of combined content.

The event aims to connect university talent with the professional cybersecurity industry by combining technical education, community engagement, and networking opportunities. A closing panel discussion will address cybersecurity in Peru, professional development, and university-industry collaboration.

Technical Talks and Workshop

Six 45-minute technical talks form the core conference program. Confirmed sessions include Joaquin Centurion presenting “Trust No App: From Mobile Reversing to API Abuse,” a cloud pentesting talk titled “Bajate de tu nube” by Goblin Slayer, and Martin Perez discussing zero-trust deployments using Jev AI, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes.

Running parallel to the conference, an international workshop led by Dennis Juilland Prada focuses on HackingAI, exploring how AI agents collaborate during penetration testing engagements.

Villages and Community Spaces

Five themed villages provide interactive spaces for attendees. Cybersen hosts the Break the Hardware Village, C Cúbico runs the C3 Village, OverPwnZ operates the Adversarial AI Playground, HackL4bs presents the 0xVillage, and CFC Security manages the CFC Village. These spaces enable direct interaction between attendees and established cybersecurity communities.

Who Should Attend

The conference targets university students interested in cybersecurity, early-career professionals, recent graduates, and academic staff in technology fields. Industry practitioners, recruiters, and members of technical communities will also find value in the networking and talent identification opportunities. The event is particularly relevant for those seeking practical exposure to cybersecurity disciplines and connections with Peru’s cybersecurity ecosystem.
