Conference Description

The third annual CTF@CIT event is poised to engage cybersecurity enthusiasts in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment. This competition is structured to provide participants with the chance to demonstrate and refine their skills across multiple disciplines, while also fostering meaningful connections with peers and industry leaders. The event aims to promote learning, collaboration, and professional advancement within the cybersecurity sector.

Event Overview and Schedule

CTF@CIT is scheduled to run from April 17th to April 19th, 2026. The competition will commence on April 17th at 12:00 PM EST and conclude on April 19th at 3:00 PM EST. Participants are encouraged to utilize the entire event window to engage with a broad spectrum of challenges, thereby maximizing their learning and competitive experience. The event is designed to accommodate both newcomers and seasoned professionals, ensuring that all attendees can benefit from the diverse range of activities offered.

Upon the conclusion of the competition, a virtual award ceremony will take place on April 19th at approximately 3:30 PM EST. This ceremony will honor the achievements of top performers, acknowledge the contributions of sponsors, and celebrate the collective accomplishments of the cybersecurity community. All participants are invited to join this event, which serves as a fitting conclusion to an intensive weekend of problem-solving and collaboration.

Competition Categories and Challenge Updates

The CTF will encompass a wide array of categories, including forensics, OSINT, reverse engineering, cryptography, and various miscellaneous topics.
