We have known the team at Cyber Security Summit for several years now and can attest to the quality and depth of their events. They are highly recommended events.

The conferences, many of which of course have been virtual in 2020, are invite-only and they always have some of the brightest minds speak on their circuit. Past speakers include government officials and representatives from the FBI.

In summary, make sure you go ahead and check out this years roster of events being organized by the folks at the Cyber Security Summit.

18 Days Until The Event
United States
2020 Event Link (More Info)

Conference Summary

For nearly two decades, SecureWorld has been providing a series of talks that are almost always engineered towards solving global IT security issues.

I’d consider SecureWorld as being aimed more to the corporate world compared to the slightly-more “Hacker” orientated conferences listed above.

Cybersecurity Summit: New York

2020 Conference Date

August 18th, 2020
This Event is Now Over
United States
2020 Event Link (More Info)

Conference Summary

ISMG conferences take place in four continents, so they have a wide reach.

Typically their security events are aimed at the CXO level and focus on subjects such as fraud prevention, cybercrime, and other enterprise level cybersecurity issues.

The industries that ISMG conferences target are typically:

  • Government
  • Finance (FinSec)
  • Retail
  • Healthcare
  • Energy (SCADA/ICS)

The majority of the content is procured from the ISMG’s global editorial team and comes from their publications like BankInfoSecurity, DataBreachtoday, HealthcareInfoSecurity, and GovInfoSecurity.

Their publications, and events, as stated as very much aimed at the CISO/CSO level so if that fits your profile then I’d certainly recommend that you get to learn about ISMG.

The ISMG community has over 700,000 subscribers so you’ll be in good company.

Next Generation Networks organizes CENGN Summit.

CENGN Summit, like the other CXO-level conferences listed in my resource, is aimed at decision makers within Cybersecurity.

The CENGN Summit is one of Canada’s leading conferences devoted to promoting disruptive networking technologies; so if that’s an area you specialize in then you’d be very much at home at this event.

I included this senior level conference for our North American audience and those working in Canada.

Although this event is not strictly speaking an InfoSec event aimed uniquely at CISO-level executives, I’ve included this conference because the Luxatia Group specialises in B2B events.

The folks at Luxatia put on a bunch of fantastic events covering many industries (not just InfoSec) so I’d encourage you to learn more about them and see if an event fits your needs and interests.

66 Days Until The Event
United Kingdom
2020 Event Link (More Info)

I’ve included Legal Cybersecurity Expo because, by its’ very nature, this conference is aimed at senior decision makers.

We have a resource dedicated to listing some of the best legal conferences to attend, but I included this one because it is designed to help senior executives protect themselves against cyber attacks and threats. This event is co-located with Legalex, a conference designed to assist businesses to expand and evolve.
